Shipping

Processing time:
The usual processing time is 1-3 business days, unless otherwise mentioned. This is the time I need to package your order and does not include shipping time.

Packages will be shipped within 3-5 working days. Delivery within The Netherlands can take 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a tacking number to follow your package.

All the orders received during vacation time will be shipped as soon the store is open again.

Please keep in mind that a lot of the products are handmade in my studio and need some extra time to be dispatched. I try to send the packages almost every day but because I run the shop by myself and no extra help it makes it difficult to dispatched sooner. Milu Blu is not responsible for delays by mail.

Domestic Shipping:
Shipping within The Netherlands is €4,95

European Union Shipping:
Shipping within EU is €12,95

International Shipping:
Shipping is €19,95. 

At this moment we ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States. 

Customs:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply for the orders outside of the European Union. 

Lost /damaged packages:
Please note that Milu Blu is NOT responsible for international packages that have been held by or lost by your country’s local customs office.

If a package has not been marked delivered, policy is to wait at least 2 weeks for domestic and 8 weeks for international from the date the package was shipped until the package is declared lost.  After this point, please feel free to contact us at info@milublu.com
