Products Grade Guide

Our enamel pins, acrylic with epoxy products (phone grips, keychains, paper clips) are inspected and categorized as standard or seconds. These types of products are handmade and are not 100% perfect.

Standard products:

These products are mostly near perfect, due to the nature of being handmade, standard quality may still include minor imperfections (small scratches or minor specks) 

Seconds products:

These products have more noticeable flaws, therefore will be sold on sales or on special occasions.  Seconds products may have marks or obvious scratches and are more noticeable than Standard Products.

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return your items, please send an email to info@milublu.com.  

The goods should be sent back in the same condition they were dispatched, including labels and the protecting packaging must be unopened, and within 7 days. After the items are received and checked I can process a refund or exchange (if the product was damaged).  The shipping costs for returns are in the responsability of the customer.

​Sale items products can not be returned.
