Returns and Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel an order it has to be done within 24 hours. If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet I can send you a refund. If it has been dispatched please see the Returns policy.

The goods should be sent back in the same condition they were dispatched, including labels and the protecting packaging must be unopened, and within 7 days. After the items are received and checked I can process a refund or exchange (if the product was damaged). The shipping costs for returns are in the responsability of the customer.

Sale items products can not be returned.
